04/15/2025 - REPAIRED - WATER SERVICE HAS BEEN RESTORED - EMERGENCY WATER OUTAGE - Water Outage bewteen 34100 Hwy 550 and 34500 Hwy 550 and Rio Grande Dr

Water Service has been restored and the leak repaired. I would like to extend a big thank you for our team for all of their work on this, and for every emergency we have in the field, they do their best to ensure the water is off for the shortest amount of time as possible.

When you turn your faucets on you may notice some discoloration in your water, if you run cold water through all of your faucets for a few minutes it should clear up pretty quickly.

This morning we were alerted to a water main break on Hwy 550. There is an unplanned water outage occurring that will be affecting services on the west side of Hwy 550 from 34100 Hwy 550 to the 34500 Hwy 550 and Rio Grande Dr.

Our operators have called in emergency locates and will be on site as soon as possible to begin working on the repair. We are unsure how long the water will be off. Please refrain from calling the emergency pager. We are sorry for any inconvenience for those users who are out of water.
