REPAIRED - UNPLANNED WATER OUTAGE 08/21/2024 affecting upper CR 201, Rim Rock Dr, and Hermosa Acres Dr

UPDATE - 4:01PM - Service has been restored to the Upper Hermosa Acres area - if you happen to notice discoloration in your water or air bubbles, run cold water through your faucets until normal color has resumed.

UPDATE - 3:25pm - Repair of the failed isolation valve is in progress. Water should be back on before too long.

Today, 08/21/2024, while our operators were completing the final service upgrade for the season, an isolation valve failed in the off position. Our operators are finishing up the service upgrade and will be moving to repair the failed valve. Unfortunately, the areas affected are the upper CR 201, Rim Rock Dr, and Hermosa Acres Dr. We are unsure how long the water will be off but are working diligently to restore water service to those affected as quickly as possible. Please do not call the emergency pagers if you are in this service area.
