04.25.2024 through 05.31.2024 - There will be ongoing Planned Outages on Tuesday and Wednesday from April to August 2024
There will be ongoing Planned water outages on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s from April 2024 to August 2024 for water service upgrades. The outages will be between 9am and 2pm on these days. Please see the following link for a comprehensive list which shows the address and specific date properties are scheduled an upgrade; the service area that will be affected by the planned outage, notes – which include if it is the services all properties in specified area, the east side of the street, or the west side of the street, and the date the email notification was sent out to the members in those specified areas.
As these upgrades occur, I will provide status updates as each job progresses.
If you find you service is on the list to be upgraded you will have received or will be receiving a separate notification from us, both by telephone call, and an email.
Please let your neighbors know about this project. I have sent emails to all members who will be affected by these planned outages. At least those I have an email address for. Unfortunately, I have been receiving an unusual amount of kicked back emails from members who used to have gobrainstorm and frontier emails who haven’t contacted us to update their information.
