Renting my property

2025 Rental Transfer Form
Property Owner or Manager must fill out form
and submit to AWC prior to scheduled move in date
of new tenant.

**Tenant requests for a name change
on a property will not be accepted**

Selling my property

Most Transfers due to the Sale of a property should be handled through a Title Company, please verify with your Real Estate Agent that the Title Company has requested final settlement PRIOR to your closing. The Title Company handling the sale of a Property should contact Animas Water Company at wc@animaswatercompany.com to request a final settlement. Animas Water Company will provide the  balance on the account as of the date the form is returned to the Title Company.  Any scheduled automatic payments will be cancelled, and the statement mailing turned off. This is to ensure double payments are not made during the transition of the  property from the Seller to the Buyer.
