FLUORIDE

Please be assured, Animas Water Company does not add Fluoride to our water. Any detected Fluoride is naturally occurring as a result of the geological composition of soils and bedrock. Community water systems are required to ensure that levels of fluoride in their drinking water are less than 4.0 ppm to be in compliance with EPA drinking water regulations.  Our 2015 Consumer Confidence Report, published in 2016, showed the naturally occurring level of Fluoride was .41 and was within the acceptable range of 0 to .65.  For more information, please contact our office via email at awc@animaswatercompany.com or telephone at 970-259-4788.
